As most of our packaging products are custom-made and manufactured according to customer specifications, refunds and cancellations are generally not accepted once production has started.

1. Custom Orders

All customized packaging orders are produced based on the specifications provided by the customer. Therefore, custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed and processed.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs and order details. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if approved, will only be processed in cases where Vandabhi is unable to fulfill the order or where a verified manufacturing defect exists.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period through the original payment method, where applicable.
